Presented in collaboration with the Centre for Research on Violence against Women & Children, this workshop focuses on Ontario’s new legislation, Bill 168, which amends the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) to address issues of workplace harassment and violence. The workshop will provide participants with a general overview of Bill 168, essential knowledge and skills related to domestic violence risk assessment and management, and will be an excellent opportunity to network with other professionals from fields such as human resources, law enforcement, government, and others.
