Respectful Workplace Module 2 is an interactive skills-based session designed to make it easy for people to have direct conversations about difficult behaviours in the workplace.

  • How to apply "Straight Talk" by working through difficult situations in the workplace. Participants learn how this model can help to maintain effective behaviour and performance in the workplace by dealing directly with problematic behaviours.

  • The 6 steps of the Straight Talk Model, how to apply them, and how to receive Straight Talk constructively in order to ensure positive outcomes
