De-escalation Training
This interactive training gives your staff a simple framework to assess and respond to threatening situations, using de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and respectful workplace.

How do you keep employees safe while also maintaining an open and service-driven culture?
When staff are faced with incivility or threatening situations, they need a clear framework to de-escalate tension and avoid safety risks without compromising service quality.
Our Workplace De-escalation Training provides that framework. This interactive session equips your staff with the skills to assess and respond to challenging behaviours confidently. Using scenario-based exercises from your own workplace, we teach employees how to recognize early warning signs and apply a range of de-escalation techniques to contain situations before they escalate.
The training is delivered in two parts. First, employees complete pre-work with short videos and quizzes to understand the types and causes of workplace violence. The live session then focuses on group exercises, helping staff assess risk levels as a situation evolves and apply appropriate response strategies using our Risk and Response Matrix.
